Lobby Lizard in Moscow n pining~

Hello from the Renaissance in Moscow!
Free wifi only in the lobby n can smoke!! though the ventilation's not tip top at the internet stations n i just stubbed out my cig cos there's ash all over my Mac.
But not too bad lar, they play chill-out loungey tunes so it's very conducive!

it's been 5 days n 4 nights i've been away from home n i'm missing my Ah Beng like crazy.

Doesn't help that i slept thru his texts for our online date just now cos i was so tired from the overnighter from dubai to here. Sorry baby!

I haven't heard his voice since having dinner at the airport on monday evening n i'm suffering withdrawal symptoms.. sigh
The darling's caught the flu bug today as well n I feel so bad cos i'm so far away from him.
I couldn't sleep cos of said withdrawal symptoms n tt's y i'm into my 2nd hour lobby lounging.

The 1st was spent typing him long love-lorn emails n Facebooking ;p
Then i had to return to room on 10th floor to get charger, n (cigs cos i realised can smoke!), refill water, grab a slab of Giotto n Knopper chocs, use the loo n pull on socks cos feet were getting sweaty in leather boots tt i hastily pulled on to come downstairs lar. ;D

So here i am.

Flight's been good so far. Load is ridiculously light n this set of crew is nice but i'm bored cos i can't seem to find anyone whom i can click with. (read: talk rubbish n laugh loud loud with)

Happened tt my ex team boy was on the flight as well. I miss my team!!

7 of us from the set met for lunch n decided against the pricey hotel buffet n asked the Concierge for makan recommendations.

My notebook is not with me so i can't remember the name of the place but the food was how good!

Garlic naans, Lamb Rogan gosh curry, briyani, lassi, chicken tikka
wahahahha~
No wonder flygirls put on weight. ;p

All 7 of us piled into a single taxi!
The very enterprising driver approached us outside the hotel premises n said we can all fit into his cab.
At first skeptical of cos, we tot maybe he driving a 7 seater or something, but NO!!

Look at how we crammed 5 of ourselves in the back row!! hahahahah!
Damn funny lar.

Our kind driver charged us all of 450 rupees for the day n fetched us to Sarojini Nagar market after lunch where i was looking for books!

Crowded as hell.
With little children bugging us every step of the way for $$.
sigh.
Give also cannot cos they will all flock to us n possibly swarm us.

The weather was humid n hot.
The surroundings dusty n air perpetually smoky.
Make sure u dun laugh out loud with yr mouth open big big cos many flies n insects buzzing around.

Some drain-water-looking liquid he's cooking...
Could it be teh tarik or masala tea????

Fun people to hang out with.
I got my Philip Pullman's Golden Compass series.
Less than SGD10 per book can! whoop!
Next time go there buy Tantric sex books! yee heee! ;D

It's always the short short night stops where u get to meet the super fun peeps. Boo!

I'm going back to my room cos i'm sleepy n tired n need to poop.
Hope tt we r checking into a different hotel in Dxb on the way back which provides free in room wifi!
