Different strokes for different Stomachs...

Monday nite, Spongy got restless n asked me out to eat buffet...
At freakin 9pm.

Got meh?? I asked.

GOT!

Then she suggested we go Mah- Laa steamboat in Geylang.
She chose No.99 at Lor 1

So Dodo brought Eddy along n met Spongy there.

Dodo ate her way thru wat must seem like 1kg of prawns n mussels n 1.5 crabs.

Spongy must have ate like an entire winter melon n dunno wat else.

Eddy was the biggest of us but ate the least.

We sat there for 3.5 hours til 1.30am n Spongy still wanted to go eat durian...

The next afternoon, while Dodo was doing her test...
She received a text from Spongy saying she had to MC n miss her bkk turn cos she diarrhoea all thru the nite until she dehydrated.

A check with Eddy revealed tt he diarrhoea at least thrice, but possibly cos of too much hot sauce n chillis...

I jus have this sickening burning sensation in my tum the entire day... ;(

Prime suspects for the cause of food poisoning are:
the beef (cos tts the only thing i din touch n im alright)
the chilli garlic dip which was placed in this huge open container the entire nite

This is the second case of food poisoning in Geylang in the year!
And i hardly even go there!

No 380 flights next week cos aircraft visit was cancelled last min by safety side.
All the tests n everything r done le but they can't issue the cert yet.
Oh well..
